Libertad Triviño concentrates her practice in the areas of dispute resolution in civil and criminal matters, as well as securities litigation.

In recent years she has intervened in important cases principally linked to white collar crime proceedings.

Ms. Triviño previously worked at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana.

She studied law at the Universidad de Chile, graduating with highest honors. Libertad Triviño also obtained a master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the Universities of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra. She obtained an additional master’s degree in Advance Legal Studies with specialization in Criminal Law, from the University of Barcelona, focusing her master thesis on Corporate Criminal Law.

She was an assistant in the course of Introduction to Law at the Universidad de Chile and is currently an assistant in Criminal Procedural Litigation at the same university and assistant professor at the Universidad Diego Portales.

Ms. Triviño is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and of Libertades Públicas A.G.
